Our Team
Our architecture studio was founded in 2017, with offices in both Wilmington, NC and New Orleans, LA, primarily to assist other businesses in need of professional architectural services. With over 20 years of experience, we bring a wealth of knowledge into each project.
We provide architectural services to other firms, assisting in coordination of disparate project elements, and reducing re-design and potential liability through accessibility design, Construction Document, and building envelope review.
We also offer architectural design services for Residential, Commercial, and Civic projects, for both individuals and public entities, in conjunction with engineering and other disciplines as needed. We begin each project with the question “This project will be a success if….” And then proceed to envision with our client how we can accomplish those goals.
We provide permit procurement assistance, quality control review, building envelope consulting, and Construction Document coordination in both Revit and AutoCAD, as well as on-site Construction Administration services.
